1. Click blue link “Password Request Form”

2. Enter your email address currently on file at The Zone

3. Enter the characters from the image as noted (do not close window)

4. Click on “Email Password” button

5. Retrieve your password sent via email

6. Click on link “Click here when you are ready to sign in” below the “Email Password” button

7. Enter email address and password and you are in.  Complete the waiver form and enjoy MYSAM
